ABT

This classic programme focuses on your lower body as well as your core. It works on strengthening your Abs, Buns and Thighs. A combination of strength-enhancing and muscle-toning exercises that fires up your fat-burn and builds lean muscles in your A, B and T! Definitely for all levels with alternatives.

Acrovinyasa Yoga

The core of Acrovinyasa is focused on synchronising breath in movement, building strength and finding balance. Inspired by traditional yoga asanas and L-based acrobatic flying, this progressive yoga system includes both solo and partner practice. The aerial part revolves around one partner (the base) supporting the other (the flyer) in flying through the air in a sequenced series of yoga postures.

​StrongX helps to develop power and improve athletic performance. In the StrongX workout, the focus is on short, but heavy and/or explosive work intervals and longer rest periods. You will achieve high power output by performing exercise movements explosively (with a heavy resistance where load is required). Body weight movements are performed at pace and with big range – with plyometric options given for those with an elite fitness level.

Total Body Conditioning is a multi-level workout consisting of three main phases - Strength, Core and Cardio Conditioning - to target your entire body and provide you with successful and amazing results! True Body Tone (T.B.T)

A full body toning workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, True Body Tone will challenge both seasoned participants as well as motivate beginners to reach their peak performance.

Fancy bouncing to burn fat and build muscle? Now you can with UBOUND®. An intense and energetic programme, UBOUND® utilises a mini trampoline to give you a high intensity workout with ZERO impact and without damaging the joints, causing an approximate caloric expenditure per session of 900 calories! This workout will benefit your lymphatic system, helping the release of toxins to fight cellulite, all while offering a very simple, effective and fun training programme.

Wall Yoga

Wall Yoga helps to build core strength, improve body alignment, and achieve deeper stretches. Using the wall, and straps attached to hooks on the wall, together with other props as form of support and resistance, you will learn to open your body, lengthen the spine, strengthen the core and improve body alignment. Be prepared to experience near weightlessness as you experiment different yoga postures in new techniques. This practice involves longer holds and a restorative finish using the wall for support.
