A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout designed to rapidly improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. Be ready to hit it hard with upper and lower body conditioning to complete your challenge!

RPM™

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, RPM™ takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flats. Spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM™ is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement as you draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. This low-impact group indoor cycling workout gives you control of your own workout intensity as you control your own resistance levels and speed. You’ll build up your fitness level over time and can expect to burn up to 675 calories a session. It’s a journey, not a race!

Total Body Conditioning (T.B.C)

The name says it all! Total Body Conditioning is a multi-level workout consisting of three main phases - Strength, Core and Cardio Conditioning - to target your entire body and provide you with successful and amazing results! It uses the essence of compound training and time-based challenges to jack up your body and your mind!

Sculpt Conditioning

Shape up and tone your muscles through this 60-minute hardcore body sculpting workout. Sculpt Conditioning focuses on improving your core strength, increasing your flexibility and burning calories throughout the session.

Freestyle Step

A classic step class using a step board to create movements like walking up and down stairs. Together with a mixture of rhythmic and upbeat movements to music, Freestyle Step provides a full-body cardio workout to really tone your abs, butt and thighs. Beware! This class comes with 3 different intensity levels!

HYPER C®

A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) just for your core, abs and butt! HYPER C® is a strength and conditioning programme specially targeted at your abdominals and glutes. This class will help you build a rock-solid core and improve your posture, stability, balance and coordination - all of which will help you do almost any task easily. You’ll also burn fat during and after the class. HYPER C® uses the HIIT formula, providing greater results in a shorter amount of time.

ELEVEN®

The ultimate High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programme. The practise of ELEVEN® releases adrenaline, growth hormones and testosterone that maximise fat burning and strengthens your muscles. Expect a loss of 300 to 400 calories in just 30 minutes and continue to burn fat during and after each session. Besides building muscles, ELEVEN® also increases your agility and flexibility and improves the performance of your cardiovascular and respiratory system. StrongX

​StrongX helps to develop power and improve athletic performance. In the StrongX workout, the focus is on short, but heavy and/or explosive work intervals and longer rest periods. You will achieve high power output by performing exercise movements explosively (with a heavy resistance where load is required). Body weight movements are performed at pace and with big range – with plyometric options given for those with an elite fitness level.

MetconX

MetconX helps to build functional strength, develop muscular endurance and optimize lean muscle. The MetconX is all about the “load effect” – performance under pressure (moderate to heavy loads) and executing low to medium repetitions. It is vital that the exercise option and/or the load selected for each movement is enough so that participants work to their limits.​

Indoor Cycling Experience (I.C.E.)

This indoor cycling class is highly recommended if you want a solid foundation in bike set-up and cycling technique. I.C.E comes in different levels and you can start with basic cycling fundamentals and manage your own intensity as you progress. LES MILLS BODYPUMP™

A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. BODYPUMP™ uses light to moderate weights with high repetitions (a.k.a THE REP EFFECT formula) to get you lean and toned without adding bulky muscles. You’ll work all your major muscle groups as you build your core strength, burn calories and improve bone health.
