BlazeX

Conditions you for races with a combination of cardio, strength and obstacle efficiency training. Intensive workouts push you to your limits. (Intermediate to Advanced)

TerraX TechniX

A step-by-step foundation class on the important basic technical elements of a variety of obstacles. (Beginner to Intermediate)

JumpX

JumpX is a high intensity workout that helps to develop plyometric strength and skill-based fitness such as speed, agility and quickness. This workout, which works on a 30:30 work rest ratio, also trains muscular endurance with a special focus on plyometrics using exercises on a trampoline.

REGENX

​RegenX helps to improve recovery, blood circulation and sleep. In this class, you will spend 60 seconds per zone with 30 seconds of rest. This class will finish off with mobility drills.

STRONGX

​StrongX helps to develop power and improve athletic performance. In the StrongX workout, the focus is on short, but heavy and/or explosive work intervals and longer rest periods. You will achieve high power output by performing exercise movements explosively (with a heavy resistance where load is required). Body weight movements are performed at pace and with big range – with plyometric options given for those with an elite fitness level.

METCONX

MetconX helps to build functional strength, develop muscular endurance and optimize lean muscle. The MetconX is all about the “load effect” – performance under pressure (moderate to heavy loads) and executing low to medium repetitions. It is vital that the exercise option and/or the load selected for each movement is enough so that participants work to their limits.​

ATHLETICX

​AthleticX helps to improve heart and lung function, burn calories and vaporize body fat. In AthleticX workout, it focuses on high intensity exercise – in equal bouts of work and rest intervals – of 30 seconds each. The AthleticX stream incorporates exercises that elevate the heart rate and maximize calorific output.

PILATES

Intensity, focus and precision…words to describe this stability and postural corrective programme.

A Mat-based Pilates class works the core muscle of the body, including the deeper muscle of the abdominals, back, shoulder blades and buttocks. The Pilates exercise stretches and strengthens your muscles in a non-impactful, controlled manner.

ZUMBA

A session of Zumba® is like a night out dancing with your pals. You will be wiggling your hips and dancing the fast footwork for a mix of Latin dance styles such as Cumbia, Salsa, Mambo, Flamenco, Chachacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly Dancing, and more. Zumba is a dance routine that will make you feel powerful! You can expect to burn 500 calories or more in each 60-minute session at True Fitness!

BEGINNER YOGA

Hot Yoga consists of a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises done in a heated room at 37 degrees. The postures are designed to systematically cleanse every part of the body and to provide a complete mind/body workout. The heated room promotes sweating which helps rid toxins from the body while loosening and stretching the muscles to prevent injuries. Hot Yoga improves circulation, increases metabolism, regulates digestion, strengthens the immune system and burns fat.
