TFX Small Group Training (SGT): Best possible results, in the least time

Led by our team of specialist trainers, TFX’s Small Group Training (SGT) classes bring our fitness philosophy to life. Each 15-20minute session is limited to up to 12 persons to enable our trainers to provide proper support to each participant. Refreshed every few weeks, these interactive and energetic circuits are the perfect recharge for the time-drained.
