Facility Maintenance Officer
Location: TFX Funan, TFX Millenia Walk, TFX Pacific Plaza
Job Description
Facility Maintenance Officer will provide assistance to ensure the day-to-day smooth management in the maintenance department.
Requirements
- Required to work night shift as maintenance works may be carried out after operating hours
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- In charge for rectifying aesthetic damages to facilities
- Painting of areas within a centre which includes walls, pillars, wooden items and fitness equipment
- Carry out general repair and maintenance work
- Rust treatment for fitness equipment
- Coordinate with contractors/suppliers for repair & maintenance work
- Conduct routine checks on club equipment maintenance
- Keep maintenance logs
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
